The conference will be held at the Listel Hotel in downtown Vancouver. A block of rooms at a special guest room rate of $109/night (plus taxes and fees) has been negotiated with the hotel for conference participants. This rate is well under the going rate for downtown hotels. It is available for the period of February 15th-23rd, 2015, subject to room availability. To get this special rate, you must make your booking by January 19th, 2015. We strongly suggest you book early to ensure availability.
