Eugenie Lam (M.A.) has held the position of University of Victoria Research Ethics Coordinator since 2006 and she is a member of the B.C. Ethics Harmonization Advisory Committee. Prior to her work at the University of Victoria, she was a research coordinator and assistant for 10 years for a number of funded studies including violence prevention in schools, international adoptions from China, a community-based project with racialized young women, and an assessment of trades and skills training in Aboriginal post-secondary programs. She has also worked in the not-for profit sector in immigrant and refugee social services, employment programs for adults with labour market barriers, and English-language education. Eugenie holds an MA in Educational Psychology.
