Gail Zboch

Gail Zboch (M.Ed.) is a Senior Program Officer in the Research Grants and Partnerships Division at the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC). She is responsible for a diverse portfolio which includes initiatives to support Aboriginal research and related talent development across SSHRC’s funding opportunities.

Prior to joining SSHRC, Gail managed a range national and international programs, involving multiple stakeholders and sectors, on behalf of the Carleton Centre for Community Innovation, the Canadian Co-operative Association, and Mines Action Canada.

Gail holds a master’s degree in education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto as well as a bachelor’s degree in environment and resource studies from the University of Waterloo.
